Meet Mechelle, a highly skilled second-generation hairdresser who kick-started her career under the tutelage of the renowned Sandra and Brian Smith, an award-winning duo and platform artists. Upon her relocation to Atlanta in 1991, Mechelle swiftly ascended to master-level designer and education director at a high-energy salon, concurrently assuming the role of color educator for the Aveda network. In 2000, Mechelle and her husband boldly established Aria Salon Spa Shoppe, emphasizing unwavering commitment to technical excellence and unparalleled customer service. Her exceptional prowess and unwavering dedication garnered recognition in 2017 when she received an invitation to join the esteemed Intercoiffure North America. Beyond the salon, Mechelle draws inspiration from her passion for gardening and painting, dedicating substantial time to training the next generation of stylists while remaining hands-on with clients on Fridays.
