SALON POLICIES & GUIDELINES


Salon Guarantee

ARIA Salon is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, simply contact our guest relations and we will arrange for you to come back in. We ask that you call us within 14 days of your original appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services and same-day cancellation and/or no-show, a minimum charge of $25 and not to exceed $50 will be added to your next appointment.

Arrival & Late Policy

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first-time client a short profile will be completed prior to service.

We regret that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. You may not receive your full-service booking. We ask if you are going to be late, please call our salon so we can estimate at that time if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Children Policy

We cordially request that you refrain from bringing your children along on your visit. We not only think that this is an unsafe environment for children, but it also detracts from the tranquil experience we wish to provide for our clients.

Cell Phone Usage

Out of consideration for ARIA guests, please limit your use of cell phones and pagers.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. All salon prices are subject to change.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail products only. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discount.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased a product that is not working for you and need to exchange it, please do so within 14 days. As always, ARIA Salon guarantees your satisfaction. Some restrictions may apply.
